THE TEAM BEHIND CAROLINA QUALITY BUYERS.

  • Hayden developed an interest in real estate around 2019 shortly after his October wedding. He and his wife, Whitney, had the shared dream of purchasing land to build a beautiful wedding venue near her hometown of Charleston. With his determined nature, Hayden began educating himself through the use books, Podcasts, as well networking and immersing himself in the real estate community.

    He purchased several properties during the pandemic, some of which would later be used to provide affordable housing to those in need. Having experienced the homebuying process time and time again, he understood the hassle that can be associated with buying or selling. It is and will always be his goal to create a transparent, fair, and stress-free transaction for potential clients.

    Hayden loves to help others, teaching, and seeing others achieve success. His personal goal for the upcoming year includes focus on his mental and physical wellness, as well as spending as much time with his family possible. 

Fun Fact: Hayden wanted to college for landscape architecture, but instead, listed in the US Navy and served for almost 10 years.

  • Until 2022, Whitney worked as a child and family therapist for several years. Aware that she had enjoyed designing real estate projects, Hayden asked that she join him in this new real estate venture. Whitney oversees many of Carolina Quality Buyer’s operations and typically works behind the scenes to manage administrative tasks posting across social media platforms, coordinating with outside agencies, planning events, and most important – Marlow Estates, which is our short-term rental company. She is responsible for designing assists with guest relations and property management.

    Whitney loves spending time with her family, two dogs, and being out in the sunshine. Her personal goal for the upcoming year is relax more!

    Fun Fact: Whitney has sung the National Anthem at different military events, RiverDog’s games, as well as the Charleston Open!

  • Hunter joined Carolina Quality Buyers in May of 2024, bringing extensive experience as a general manager at prominent hotel properties including Hilton, Marriott, Wyndham, and Choice Hotels. Known for his exceptional communication skills and a natural affinity for sales, Hunter transitioned from management to pursue his passion in real estate. His early exposure to real estate through shows like House Hunters sparked his interest in joining the company. Hunter finds fulfillment in the dynamic nature of real estate, where each day brings new challenges and opportunities for growth.

    Hunter holds a Bachelor's degree in Music Performance from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and pursued further studies at the Jacobs School of Music at Indiana University on a full scholarship for his Master's degree. After completing a year of his master's program, he redirected his career towards business and hospitality. Outside of work, Hunter enjoys spending quality time with his wife, fishing, and cheering for N.C. State athletics — Go PACK! In 2024, Hunter is focused on building a successful career in real estate while prioritizing a balanced life with loved ones.


  • Rob brings a passion for exploration, leadership, and service to the world of real estate. He’s traveled to 47 states, lived in 10, and visited multiple countries – experiences that have shaped his broad perspective and deep appreciation for diverse people and places. A natural leader, Rob thrives in dynamic environments, whether he's skydiving, hiking, or guiding a team toward success.

    With five years of military service under his belt, Rob is grounded in discipline, resilience, and strong spiritual values. He leads with integrity and is deeply committed to helping others grow and succeed through purpose-driven work.

    Now entering the real estate industry, Rob applies that same drive, curiosity, and relentless work ethic to helping clients find the perfect place to call home. Though new to the field, his dedication to learning, excellence, and delivering results positions him to become not just a great agent, but one of the best.


  • Ashley Keeney is a dynamic and results-driven professional with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for innovation. With a diverse background in real estate, lead generation, and business development, she excels in fast-paced environments where strategy, execution, and measurable results are key.

    Ashley is known for her hands-on leadership style, resourcefulness, and ability to build and scale businesses—even with limited resources. Her natural drive and creative approach to problem-solving allow her to identify opportunities, create meaningful impact, and consistently fuel growth.


  • Eileen Looney is an accomplished real estate investor and seasoned professional with deep roots in South Carolina. With a background as a paralegal and extensive experience in procurement, Eileen combines strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and exceptional negotiation abilities to ensure every transaction runs smoothly and successfully. Eileen has also added a new adventure by joining the Carolina Quality Buyers team to assist a high level, highly successful, and highly respected Real Estate Investor and Entrepreneur, Hayden Albert.

    Eileen thrives on both the administrative side of real estate and the people side — enjoying the behind-the-scenes work as much as collaborating with others to provide more beautiful, functional homes through thoughtful renovations and community improvements.

    Outside of her work, Eileen is a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother who finds her greatest joy in spending time with family and friends. An enthusiastic boater, she feels most at home on the water — her happy place and source of inspiration.

    Eileen is also deeply committed to giving back to her community. Over the years, she has volunteered with children’s hospitals, free health care clinics, food banks, and other nonprofit organizations, reflecting her lifelong dedication to helping others and making a positive impact.

    Whether investing in properties, supporting her community, or gathering loved ones around the table, Eileen believes in building meaningful connections and creating lasting value for everyone she works with.


  • Corazon joined Carolina Quality Buyers on March 14, 2025. She is a highly experienced Administrative and Executive Assistant with over six years of providing organized, detail-oriented support across the legal, real estate, customer service, and finance industries. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce, Major in Banking and Finance, and is skilled in bookkeeping, calendar management, project coordination, and virtual assistance.

    Corazon has worked with international clients in the U.S., Australia, and New Zealand, and is proficient in tools such as Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB, CRM software, and Google Workspace. Known for her strong communication, time management, and multitasking skills, she consistently exceeds expectations in fast-paced, remote environments.

    Outside of work, Corazon enjoys cooking and traveling with her children. She is committed to contributing to the team’s success, learning from her colleagues, and growing with the company long-term.
