Hayden developed an interest in real estate around 2019 shortly after his October wedding. He and his wife, Whitney, had the shared dream of purchasing land to build a beautiful wedding venue near her hometown of Charleston. With his determined nature, Hayden began educating himself through the use books, Podcasts, as well networking and immersing himself in the real estate community.
He purchased several properties during the pandemic, some of which would later be used to provide affordable housing to those in need. Having experienced the homebuying process time and time again, he understood the hassle that can be associated with buying or selling. It is and will always be his goal to create a transparent, fair, and stress-free transaction for potential clients.
Hayden loves to help others, teaching, and seeing others achieve success. His personal goal for the upcoming year includes focus on his mental and physical wellness, as well as spending as much time with his family possible. Fun Fact: Hayden wanted to college for landscape architecture, but instead, listed in the US Navy and served for almost 10 years.

Until 2022, Whitney worked as a child and family therapist for several years. Aware that she had enjoyed designing real estate projects, Hayden asked that she join him in this new real estate venture. Whitney oversees many of Carolina Quality Buyer’s operations and typically works behind the scenes to manage administrative tasks posting across social media platforms, coordinating with outside agencies, planning events, and most important – Marlow Estates, which is our short-term rental company. She is responsible for designing assists with guest relations and property management.
Whitney loves spending time with her family, two dogs, and being out in the sunshine. Her personal goal for the upcoming year is relax more!
Fun Fact: Whitney has sung the National Anthem at different military events, RiverDog’s games, as well as the Charleston Open!

Hunter joined Carolina Quality Buyers in May 2024, bringing a strong foundation in leadership and operations from his career managing hotel properties under major brands like Hilton, Marriott, Wyndham, and Choice Hotels. With exceptional communication skills and a strategic mindset, Hunter transitioned into real estate investing, where he quickly found his niche in acquisitions.
As Acquisition Manager, Hunter has played a pivotal role in the company’s growth—successfully leading the sourcing, evaluation, and negotiation of 30+ real estate deals within his first year. His ability to build rapport, identify value, and execute efficiently has made him a driving force behind the team’s continued success.
Hunter’s passion for real estate began early, inspired by shows like House Hunters and a long-standing interest in the housing market. He thrives in the fast-paced world of acquisitions, where no two deals are the same and every lead presents a new opportunity.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Music Performance from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and was awarded a full scholarship to pursue graduate studies at the Jacobs School of Music at Indiana University. After a year in the master’s program, Hunter pivoted toward business and hospitality, eventually carving out a career in real estate investment.
Outside of work, Hunter enjoys fishing, spending time with his wife, and cheering on N.C. State athletics — Go PACK! He remains focused on expanding Carolina Quality Buyers’ reach while staying grounded in family and purpose.

Rob brings a unique blend of discipline, drive, and curiosity to his role as an Acquisitions Specialist at Carolina Quality Buyers. With a passion for exploration and a deep respect for people and places, he’s traveled to 47 states, lived in 10, and visited several countries—experiences that have shaped his broad perspective and strong interpersonal instincts, both essential for sourcing and negotiating real estate deals.A U.S. military veteran with five years of service, Rob operates with integrity, resilience, and a mission-driven mindset. His leadership skills and calm under pressure allow him to build trust quickly with sellers and partners, while his relentless work ethic ensures every deal is pursued with precision and follow-through.
Though new to the real estate investment industry, Rob has quickly proven his value by combining sharp intuition with a hunger to learn. He’s driven by results, guided by purpose, and committed to helping Carolina Quality Buyers grow through smart, people-centered acquisitions.

Ashley Keeney is a dynamic and results-driven professional with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for innovation. With a diverse background in real estate, lead generation, and business development, she excels in fast-paced environments where strategy, execution, and measurable results are key.Ashley is known for her hands-on leadership style, resourcefulness, and ability to build and scale businesses—even with limited resources. Her natural drive and creative approach to problem-solving allow her to identify opportunities, create meaningful impact, and consistently fuel growth.

Eileen Looney is an accomplished real estate investor and seasoned professional with deep roots in South Carolina. With a background as a paralegal and extensive experience in procurement, Eileen combines strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and exceptional negotiation abilities to ensure every transaction runs smoothly and successfully. Eileen has also added a new adventure by joining the Carolina Quality Buyers team to assist a high level, highly successful, and highly respected Real Estate Investor and Entrepreneur, Hayden Albert.Eileen thrives on both the administrative side of real estate and the people side — enjoying the behind-the-scenes work as much as collaborating with others to provide more beautiful, functional homes through thoughtful renovations and community improvements.
Outside of her work, Eileen is a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother who finds her greatest joy in spending time with family and friends. An enthusiastic boater, she feels most at home on the water — her happy place and source of inspiration.
Eileen is also deeply committed to giving back to her community. Over the years, she has volunteered with children’s hospitals, free health care clinics, food banks, and other nonprofit organizations, reflecting her lifelong dedication to helping others and making a positive impact.
Whether investing in properties, supporting her community, or gathering loved ones around the table, Eileen believes in building meaningful connections and creating lasting value for everyone she works with.

Corazon joined Carolina Quality Buyers on March 14, 2025. She is a highly experienced Administrative and Executive Assistant with over six years of providing organized, detail-oriented support across the legal, real estate, customer service, and finance industries. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce, Major in Banking and Finance, and is skilled in bookkeeping, calendar management, project coordination, and virtual assistance.Corazon has worked with international clients in the U.S., Australia, and New Zealand, and is proficient in tools such as Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB, CRM software, and Google Workspace. Known for her strong communication, time management, and multitasking skills, she consistently exceeds expectations in fast-paced, remote environments.
Outside of work, Corazon enjoys cooking and traveling with her children. She is committed to contributing to the team’s success, learning from her colleagues, and growing with the company long-term.

Harrison brings a strong blend of service, problem-solving, and genuine care to his role as an Acquisitions Specialist. With a background in engineering and life insurance, he has spent years serving others, refining his ability to communicate clearly, navigate complex situations, and guide people toward outcomes that best support their needs.
As a former chief engineer for three years, Harrison developed a disciplined, analytical mindset and a passion for tackling challenges head-on. His time in the life-insurance field strengthened his hospitality instincts and deepened his commitment to helping people feel supported and informed throughout important decisions.
Harrison’s problem-solving nature and calm approach allow him to connect quickly with sellers and partners, while his drive to constantly learn fuels his growth in the real estate industry. He values transparency, empathy, and making sure every client walks away in the best position possible.
Outside of work, Harrison enjoys the outdoors and has a love for classic rock music. Originally based in North Carolina, he is motivated by continued personal development and is dedicated to expanding his expertise as he helps Carolina Quality Buyers grow through smart, people-focused acquisitions.
